Dr. Rick Raney, DDS
Dentist
Dr. Raney has practised in Sheridan and Johnson counties since 2011, after earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle. He is a Board Certified General Dentist in the State of Wyoming, and Board Certified in Dental Moderate Sedation. His continuing education is in implantology and periodontology.
When he is not at the clinic he is usually somewhere in the Big Horn Mountains with his wife and three sons.
Lorie Cahoy, RDH
Registered dental hygienist
Lorie graduated from the Sheridan College Dental Hygiene program and has cleaned teeth in Sheridan for more than 26 years, including a stretch as a clinical instructor for the program she came out of. She joined Dr. Raney in 2013.
She and her husband Dale live on a small ranch outside Sheridan. Their two daughters compete in rodeos, and so does Lorie.
Sonnet Romero, RDH
Registered dental hygienist
Sonnet graduated from Sheridan College's Dental Hygiene Program in 2018 and has practised for over six years. Born and raised in Wyoming, she joined the clinic in spring 2024 and is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association.
She lives in Ranchester with her husband and their two children, and spends the rest of the year hunting, fishing and camping in the mountains.

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 – 5:00
Friday: 8:00 – 12:00
Saturday – Sunday: Closed

Finding us

We are in downtown Sheridan, a block north of the Sheridan Public Library and across from Sheridan Physical Therapy. Val Vista runs parallel to Main Street on the west side; our sign is on the street.
